At M.S.T. Pilates Studio, we are dedicated to helping individuals discover their strength, mobility, and overall well-being through the transformative power of Pilates. Our studio is designed to be a modern, dynamic, and welcoming space where movement meets mindfulness.
Jacey Ji, a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, M.S.T. Pilates Studio is built on a deep passion for movement and functional fitness. Jacey's journey with Pilates began in 2015, leading to professional certification in multiple disciplines, including Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, Matwork and Total Barre. Since 2021, she has been actively teaching pilates reformer class in her home studio. With years of experience and a commitment to personalized instruction, she brings a wealth of knowledge to every session, helping clients achieve their goals with confidence.
Holding an MBA from John Moores University in the United Kingdom, and bringing a diverse background from her time at HSBC Bank China. Jacey combines business expertise with a love for Pilates. After moving to Saint John in 2017, she has been actively sharing her passion with the community, teaching Mat-Work Pilates at Amana Yoga and First City of Dance.
